Future Ready Partners
Kennett Future Ready (KFR) is an innovative program designed to prepare our students for the challenges and opportunities of the modern workforce. At Kennett High School, we recognize that real-world experiences are essential for career success, and through KFR, we are equipping students with the skills, mentorship, and industry exposure needed to become the next generation of leaders, innovators, and problem-solvers.
Through capstone projects, internships, leadership development, and service learning, KFR students have the opportunity to engage in hands-on experiences that allow them to apply their knowledge beyond the classroom. They are curious, motivated, and eager to collaborate with business leaders like you to gain insight into their chosen career paths.
As a valued member of our business community, you have the opportunity to shape the future workforce and support local students in meaningful ways.
By partnering with Kennett Future Ready, you will not only be investing in the growth and success of local students, but you will also be helping to shape a skilled and prepared workforce for the future.
If you’re interested in learning more or getting involved, contact Dean Ivory at divory@kcsd.org or 302-535-7791.

Make A Difference
The Future Ready program was developed with the help of 30 Class of 2025 senior students who participated in the KHS Leadership Academy that not only helped them grow their skills, but supported school and district leadership in developing the Kennett Future Ready initiative. Join us in the 2025 - 2026 school year in growing this program.
