Welcome Back to Kennett High School!
It is finally time for the 2019-2020 school year to begin! In preparation for the first day of school on Monday, please read through the important information below.
- Parents may drop off and pick up their students in the designated S-Wing Area and the lower lot in the front of the building. Parents may not drop off or pick up their students in the bus loop by the front steps.
- There are over 60 clubs and activities available for your child(ren) to get involved in at KHS. We sent home a list of these clubs and activities over the summer. Please take a few moments to talk with your child(ren) about getting involved. Research shows that students who are involved achieve greater academic success!
- Homecoming Week is September 16th through the 21st, and we are encouraging all of our students to participate in Spirit Week and to attend the Homecoming Dance. Parents, please encourage your students to take part in this exciting week at KHS!
- All KHS students are required to set academic and extracurricular goals for the 2019-2020 school year to help keep them focused. These goals must be completed by Friday, September 13, and can be accessed at the following link: https://forms.gle/PUnTNvkdbRkUswzf8
- If you have yet to do so, please follow Kennett High School on Twitter @KCSDKennettHS. We frequently post pictures of classroom activities, extracurricular events, in addition to event reminders. Sign up today!
